Rental Rates & Info

RATES:

  • Half Day / 10am – 3pm OR 5pm – 10pm / $275 (This is the minimum option)
  • Full Day /  8am – 10pm / $475
  • 5 day block / $1900

We require a security deposit of $250 for both Half Day and Full Day events, and a $500 for 5 day block. This deposit is refundable up to 72 hours before your event. This deposit is both to reserve the date and also to ensure that the building is left the same as it was when you arrived. Your security deposit will be refunded to you within 7 days after your event upon venue inspection.

Full payment is due 72 hours before your event. If you need to cancel last minute this is refundable, but your security deposit is no longer refundable.

(6) 6ft Tables: $8.50 ea
(2) 8ft Tables: $10 ea

INSURANCE:

Upon approval you must provide event insurance within 48 hrs to secure the date. Please show “Nickens Inc./Brian Nickens” and the building address: 2915 E. Center Street, Anderson CA 96007 as the additional insured.

You can use your own insurance company or the provided link. Event Insurance resource

  • If the event serves alcohol be sure that is reflected on the insurance.

VENUE HOURS & Details:

  • Venue is available to access for set up as early as 8:00am and must be fully cleaned up and closed up by 10:00pm on the final day of usage.
  • Space is approx. 1200 s.q. ft and can accommodate 80-100 people maximum
